I need help with my new laptop

I have this nice new laptop, but now I need some computer help. I need some e-mail help as well. I need help setting up my e-mail. I need to know what settings on the laptop to have set. The email help will be nice so then I will be able to use the email and not w orry if the email was sent or not. I need the computer help so I don't mess anything up. The last thing I need is for my laptop not to work properly.
