I need major computer tech support

I usually get all my computer tech help support over the phone or I will look it up online. This time I think the computer tech help support I need is more than just a simple phone call. I will probably have to take my computer in for the tech help support it needs. I will first try to see if they have time for a house all and if not I will have to be without my computer for a while.
