She needs computer repair help.

My daughter went to college and needed to find someone to help her with computer hardware support. She tried to call the company we bought the computer from for tech support but they were unable to help her. She had to get computer repair help quickly so she could access her assignment due in two days. She finally found someone on campus who thought they could help her with computer hardware support. If this person is unable to provide the tech support she needs I'm going to have to drive four hours and find the computer repair help she needs. I really hope this computer hardware support is the right tech support for her situation.
