It seems like every day around the office there was some type of printer problem. The IT Help Desk was tired of getting called in for printer repair help at least once each day. So the Boss called an emergency meeting in the downstairs conference room. The IT team got together and decided to kick around the ideas they had for taking care of the printer problems. Seems like they handled it the same way some of the office workers had suggested just a few weeks ago.
