Caller attempting to install via cad 2d 3d software / Had caller download service pack 1 for vista / caller still unable to install software / ran scan on registry found over 600 errors / all registry errors resolved /software still will not install / walked caller through download and installation of .net framework after which he rebooted his computer /software still will not install / advised caller to replace software. Caller required assistance installing printer / I walked caller through downloading software from hp website and installing the new printer drivers / printer now successfully installed.
