Printer Questions Canon BJC6000IBM Thinkpad, WindowsXP, Canon BJC6000. Bought new black ink from OfficeMax. Installed new black ink but ink is printing grayish. Tried to download drivers from Canon but computer locked up and she restarted it and it locked up again. Customer is restoring from backup. Another Caller has a HP Officejet 9110 All-In-One InkJet. the scanner was locking. Had caller follow the directions for fix problem that came up on their HUD on the printer. Then had caller turn off the printer. Problem was still there. Did a little more research and found that it was more hardware based. What I found included to unplug the keypad. This was enough to reset the all-in-one and fixed the problem. So I told caller that the problem was based on hardware. That she would have to call HP and see if her warranty was still good. looked up hp contact number.
